Boxes answered correctly are colored green. Boxes answered incorrectly (either completely or partially) are colored red. To see the correct answer and how many points have been awarded for a particular box, hover the mouse cursor over a box to activate a tooltip.

In this example, the second box from the left received 2 out of 3 points because the main box answer was correct but the inversion was missing.

The last box received zero points because the answer was incorrect.
Grade Calculation
Rameau assigns grade values based on the points per answer assigned during assignment creation (in this case 3 points per answer) and the grading rules assigned during the building phase. By default, Rameau applies a match grading rule to each answer box. For example, if the desired answer is the letter A, type A into the Value field in the grade panel when building the assignment and Rameau will automatically look for a match when grading.
Rameau calculates the grades out of 100%. In example shown above, there are six boxes worth 3 points each for a total of 18 points. The wrong answers lowered the total points by 4 (one point off in the second box for missing the inversion and 3 points off in the last box for an incorrect answer). The total percentage score is 78% or 14 out of 18 possible points.
Adjusting Grades
To manually adjust a grade, click on the desired box. The right-side panel will display the current total of points earned.

Type any point value desired into the text field, either higher or lower than the automatic grade, and click the Update Grade button to commit the change. Extra credit can be given too. For example, the total point value for this box is 3. To give extra credit, type any number higher than 3.
Comments
To leave a comment, type the desired text into the text field labeled Leave Comment. Click the Post Comment button to commit the comment. The comment appears in the right-side panel in conversation format. Students can respond teacher comments using the same process. Their responses will appear in gray in the right-side panel.
An orange circle with a number appears on the answer box to indicate one comment has been posted. The number increases as each additional comment is posted.
